The 2023 Annual General Meeting of the Essex Swimming League will be held on 15th October 2023 10am-12am in
Meeting Room 3, Chantry Centre, Chantry Way, Billericay CM11 2AP

The best parking for the Chantry Centre is available in Billericay High Street Car Park CM12 9AT (it’s FREE on Sunday). It’s about a 5min walk from the car park to the Chantry Centre. Cross the high street and walk past Boots on your right. When you reach the Chequers Inn there is a passageway on the left of the pub which takes you direct to the Chantry Centre. The centre is the building on the left as you reach Chantry Way. Meeting room 3 is upstairs.
All clubs are requested to send at least one representative.
At this meeting arrangements for the 2024 season will be finalised including division assignments and fixture dates as well as election of the committee and league officers for the new season.
Any applications to join the league, or requests for items to be included on the agenda, should be submitted to the league secretary by 15th September 2023.
